Setting Up Streamline To Sync To The Platform

Go to Main Screen

Look for Self Service Onboarding link, it could be found under Third Party Integrations section.

Once in Self Service Onboarding page.

Search for VacayMyWay in the list of companies to integrate with. You could scroll down or use the search button on the top.

Click Get Tokens to begin with the process to get API Tokens (authorization, accept terms and conditions)

VacayMyWay Tokens will be displayed after this process:

Integration will be marked as Enabled for Integration in the list.

Next step is to enable units using the tool: VRBO/Homeaway/TripAdvisor IDs

Go to Tools -> VRBO/Homeaway/TripAdvisor IDs

Select Channel VacayMyWay.

Click Generate Report, this will display all units available to be selected for the integration.

Enable the checkbox for each unit you want to integrate with VacayMyWay.

Click Update Settings at the bottom of the list.

(The Streamphone logo might be hiding it so look closely)

This action will update Company and Unit information sent to VacayMyWay.

1. Return to your Vacay account and re-emulate the process below.

2. Input your keys and AdvertiserID from Streamline

3. Add your business address and bank information (payout)

4. Set notifications

5. After this VacayMyWay will start the syndication process.

NOTE: Fees and Taxes take additional time to sync as they are pulled from your VRBO/AirBnb fee setup in Streamline. Please allow an hour or so to complete.
