Stay Discounts
Discounts
In Hostaway you can create weekly and monthly discounts or create custom ones from the listing page, specifically from the Price & fees tab.
To create discounts you should follow the next steps:
- Go to your Hostaway Dashboard > Listings > Choose a listing > Edit
- Go to Price & fees > Discount tab
- Enter the weekly & monthly discount you would like to apply
- You can also add a custom discount by clicking "+ Add discount"
Notes
- Weekly and monthly discounts will be functional for Hostaway Channels, Vrbo, and Airbnb
- Custom discounts will only be functional for Hostaway channels, i.e. Booking Engine, Direct Reservations, and WordPress Plugin
- Other Special Discounts are available under Custom Discounts by clicking on "+ Add discount". They can be applied for specific occasions by the host when creating a direct booking or website reservation, for example, it can be applied for family and friends or a military discount, etc; it can be added at the time of reservation or by changing it after the reservation, this only applies to Hostaway reservations
- If you would like to offer discounts, aside from weekly and monthly ones, on Airbnb you must follow the steps in this article
- If you would like to offer any discounts on Booking.com you should do it directly on the channel by following the steps in this article. Hostaway does not support discounts for Booking.com.
