Connecting Your Hostfully Properties To VacayMyWay

Let's get started!

The first step is to create an account on VacayMyWay.

In Hostfully:

Step 1: Log into your Hostfully account and enable the VacayMyWay channel

Step 2: Select “Manage this channel” link for VacayMyWay and toggle on properties you would like to add to the VacayMyWay platform

Step 3: Copy your Hostfully Agency UID

In VacayMyWay:

Step 1: Navigate to the login page on VacayMyWay.com

Step 2: Click on the drop down menu in the top right and select "Settings"

Step 3: Select "Integrations" from the left menu

Step 4: Click "Finish Hostfully Integration"

Step 5: Paste in your Hostfully Agency UID, click "Connect". Properties will automatically start importing into VacayMyWay.

Step 6: Optional, but highly recommended to maximize your listing’s potential.

VacayMyWay listings offer additional amenities and sub-amenities not included on Hostfully’s platform. To fine-tune your listings, we recommend that you select all amenities and sub-amenities that are applicable. You will need to select these amenities within each property listing.

We offer the Vacay Standard which is a distinct list of amenities that we consider essential for vacation rentals. If any listing meets the Vacay Standard, please check that box and the Vacay Standard badge will appear on that listing.

You will also notice that some amenities are grayed out and can not be modified on Vacay. These can only be changed within Hostfully.

Step 7: (Optional) Your cancellation policy will automatically default to Standard.

Should you wish to modify to a Strict or Flexible cancellation policy, you’ll need to revise the cancel policy settings within each property listing. For more information, see Cancellation Policies

Step 8: Select all, click publish!
